The two most popular inventory and fulfillment options are:

Kanban. PKG Packaging holds a quantity based PO for up to 90 days, and then delivers to the client as needed.

Vendor Management Inventory (VMI) or Just In Time (JIT). Annual based PO PKG Packaging blanket purchase order. PKG monitors the inventory and restocks as needed.
